Welcome to CaliBay Breakers, where three friends turned their shared love for sports cards into a vibrant online community not just on the West Coast but over the entire world. Founded by Kyle, Jake, and Ryan, CaliBay Breakers isn't just a place to break cards; it's a destination where collectors gather, friendships are forged, and memories are made.
KYLE “KBAR” BARCLAY
OWNER/FOUNDER
Meet Kyle, the wizard behind the curtain at Calibay and the main cog in the machine. The boys like to call him the “cb2 cardfather”. He’s Mr. Do-it-all man for Calibay, from setting up our breaks, ordering all the product and supplies, and helping others by answering texts and calls or simply just making sure The Backer has his shoes tied. He’s a valuable part of the community and always puts the hobby first. Kyle enjoys feet pics and long walks on the beach. His hobbies include sweeping the floors in breaks and badminton with a “horse”

JAKE “JakeKing777” KING
OWNER/FOUNDER
One of the 3-headed founding members of the Calibay Crew. Jakey is the mayor of the “Late Night Degen Crew” streaming late nights for the degen crew! Jakey is Calibay’s resident big card collector. His college football collection is unreal, and the dude is always wheeling and dealing with members of the community. An absolute legend in the community, if you have a big boy break running, safe bet Jake will be in there scooping up some teams.

RYAN “THE_BACKER” HYLBAK
OWNER/FOUNDER
Meet Ryan a.k.a. The Backer (not sure what he’s backed, ever), the lovable, slightly chaotic 3rd pioneer of the Calibay founders. His expertise? Well, he’s still figuring that out. He may not do things traditionally, but he’s got a knack for adding a touch of…let’s call it “flavor” to every break. When he’s not ripping packs, he’s probably ripping open a supersized big mac meal. He’s convinced it’s the secret to his “breaking energy”. While we never know what to expect from him, we still love him. The Backer is here for a good time, and that’s what he brings to every break. If you’re looking for polished professionalism, you’re in the wrong breakroom. But if you want unfiltered excitement and the thrill of never knowing what’s going to happen next, then Ryan is your guy!

JARRETT “MORF” MORFORD
BREAKER
Meet Morf, the first ever hire for Calibay, the man with a heart of a buffalo – literally. When he’s not ripping packs and chasing nukes, he’s probably tailgating in boulder, wearing his buffs gear with the kind of passion only a true fan can muster. Known for his quick wit and the occasional “morfism”. One of the most knowledgeable members of CB2 when it comes to NCAA and the who/what/when’s and where’s. One thing is for sure; in the world of sports card breaking – Morf is a force of nature. If you ever want to rile him up hop into one of his shows, say something bad about a Denver team, and watch the fireworks!

JACOB “JACOBKING” KING
BREAKER
Meet Jacob, the farm boy with more hustle than a tractor in harvest season, turned breaker at Calibay. Hailing from the backroads of North Dakota, Jacob can rip packs faster than you can say “yeehaw”. His country boy charm is only outdone by his ability to pull absolute monsters. If any of us give him crap, all he’d have to say is “scoreboard”, cause the dude is absolutely crushing everyone at Calibay for nukes pulled. Whens he’s not breaking cards; you can probably catch him watching the highlights of Jaxson Dart and the Ole Miss glory days. Jacob’s breaks are as down-to-earth as they come and he’s an absolute gem. We are stoked that he occasionally trades in his pitchfork for a box cutter!

BREAKER
Meet the newest member of the Calibay crew, Kyle #2! Jake and Kbars long time friend, the man is bringing some class to this rag-tag crew. He's green to the sports card world, but that hasn't stopped him from diving head first into the community, as he's been known to do. When he's not breaking, you can find him perfecting his protein shake recipe, chugging a monster, wearing an under armor sleeve to his local men's softball game, or stylin' some hair. Get ready for some fire breaks and some high energy behind the camera. ITS A PROTEIN... SHAKE!!!!!!!!!!
